what is a reformer?

A Reformer consists of a gliding carriage, adjustable springs, straps, and a footbar. Resistance is created through a combination of your own body weight and the springs, making it possible to adapt exercises individually – regardless of your level.

what should i remember

We always train with gloves and Toe Sox in all Reformer classes.

  • Toe Sox are specially designed with anti-slip grips under the foot and at each toe – preventing slips during exercises and movements on the Reformer.

  • Gloves give you a better and safer grip during your workout.

  • Toe Sox, gloves, and water are available for purchase in all our studios.
